They murdered the man who was simply trying to stop them from murdering the driver who RAN to help this unsupervised child who was playing where they were not allowed and suffered the consequences of poor parenting! He was their NEIGHBOR!

These murderers probably had parents that overlooked everything they did that was wrong when they were children.
