some is live, most is not. we will open for public when done.
(no, there's no more space for beta testers right now. we will tell you when there is space, and invite the people we like.)

The Pirate Bay (great name!) will be launching a video site at thevideobay.org to compete with YouTube, only it will supposedly be pretty much unregulated and uncensored. Everything will be left up to users. No DMCA notices. No copyright police. The site is still in beta.
