http://www.bluedesignstudios.com/ really good stuff, they always worth a try
http://www.wyldesites.com/ the top of the crop, you can't go wrong here.
http://www.webinc.com/ top notch quality, tight stuff

and there's one of those new guys who's making some really good shit, but I can't recall the URL

Anyway, if money is not an issue, any of the above will fit your needs, no doubts about that
