    ABC News & China's Industry Growth

    I just saw tonight's ABC News segment on China's growth.

    The statistics are staggering to say the least.

    They build a city the size of Philadelphia every month in order to handle the migration.

    They graduate over 350,000 engineers a year. 5X the number that we do.

    They build 5 million cars a year and have more people studying English than we have people in the U.S.

    They use half the world's cement.

    I'm glad I've got friends there and fam in on it. Absolutely staggering growth.

                      By supporting bootlegging on such a massive scale, if just the U.S. alone boycotted Chinese goods and services for a month the country would collapse.

                                                  i wish i seen the segment... i knew they were 'growing' substantially, at least military wise, but daymmmmmmmm, that shit above is crazy!

                                                  Can you imagine if they decided one day, 'hey, the US owes us $, fuck this shit, lets invade'.

                                                  Hell... they could even do a pre-emptive strike on us cuz of the Taiwan situation.

                                                  China is ramping up to be THE worlds super power.

                                                              China owns around 30% of the states. China is the biggest investor in the states, the green you are using now is probally borrowed from them. The states are actually bankrupt. Printing money is what it keeps going.

China has U.S. debt but that debt is bullshit debt. To insure it they have to get Europe to back it up. Europe owns our asses anyway through family ties. China technically is owned by European banking cliques.

                                                                  Capitalism, communism aren't going to work for China. Playing the money game isn't gonna work for China.

                                                                  The human rights issue is gonna backfire on them like it always does.

                                                                  I give China 10 years on the outside before it falls in on itself from disease, political conflict and natural disaster.

                                                                                  I've seen some ground photos of their cities as well... it's just unbelieveable that humans (or any life form) can exist amidst such pollution. The air was literally dark brown, and that wasn't a small cloud of pollutant, it covered everything that could be seen!

                                                                                          In the end, its going to do them in. They have virtually just started up their industrial engine and pollution is already choking at them. Many experts have predicted their levels of pollution to be FIFTY TIMES GREATER than at present in the future; we are talking about literally unliveable levels.

They can't take the pollution or the rural ickyness. They say that Arnold and Bush's visits to China are about money and face time and trying to be like their hero Nixon.
