I think i hold the record, for the amount of threats recieved by a model hahaha

in a 45 minute phone conversation

i was threatened with the following:

1.) Hells Angels
2.) her crazy father, who will murder me because she is on the net
3.) her boyfriend (whos a geek)
4.) Some other people who apparently wanted me dead anyways
5.) and last but not least, the police.

models should really listen when you tell them from the beginning people who know them WILL end up seeing them on the net... its not like its some suprise... i told her that people would eventually see the site, and she was fine with it... and now that people she knows see the site, she throws a temper tantrum and wants the site down... good thing i got 2 years of updates from her in advance and all the paperwork in order

Or the model's co-workers print them out and take them in to the same workplace the model works 9-5. We had that happen with one of our models. Her co-worker left them sitting in the company printer tray for everyone to find.

She didn't freak out in our direction, merely told us about the incident. Her boss got wind of the pics and hauled her in for a little 'chat'. They thought she'd passed around the pics herself as self-promotion.

a lot of affiliates have put in a lot of work making freesites and other promotional material... there is no way i would sell the model the site and fuck the affiliates over... not right

It really sounds like Julia isn't concerned about the money and just wants out. It's possible that she might even pay you back at this point for your actual expenses (that's more than AaronM offered you when that deal blew up in your face).

I remember how pissed you were when AaronM took advantage of you (speaking of temper tantrums), but now that the roles are reversed, you are basically laughing it off with "at least I have two years of content".

I'm sure she signed a contract and all, but you have to ask yourself if the potential payback is worth it. Sometimes people that make threats end up making good on those threats.

i did absolutely nothing wrong in this situation.. she knew the breakdown of how things would work before i started shooting her... just because she has a change of heart i'm supposed to take a huge hit, and fuck over all my affiliates?

gloating about it for a reason... because my first solo girl that flaked, i didn't have enough content to update anymore... (julia is my second solo girl model)... but i learned my lesson..

and for the record, its ALL about the money with her..

I had something like that happen. The girl was a total flake. I did two shoots with her and she was a major pain in the ass on the second one, so I never shot her again, even though she begged me to. So since I wouldn't shoot her anymore, she yells and threatens me if I didn't destroy the pics.

Now, keep in mind, (1) She signed a very detailed release for each shoot (2) I even video taped her signing it (3) I have 2 ids from her (4) I video taped the entire shoot to safeguard from inappropriate behavior claims (5) The second shoot was because of her request (6) she begged for a third shoot (7) I paid her well for each shoot and (8) I have a receipt from her for that payment. I mean, how much more covered can you be?

Even still, I told her if she's having second thoughts, then we could pretend the shoot never even happened if she'd refund the money (I probably wouldn't have even asked for the money if she wasn't being such a total bitch about it). She refused to refund anything, but still wanted the photos destroyed. I knew she had nothing on me, so I refused, and she gave up. But later on retrospect, I pulled them all for reasons I'm still not sure of. Heck, I doubt she even knows they were taken down. lol.
