I have pretty much everything that I THINK I need, I was thinking about skipping out on the lawyer part if some people who do own sites here could tell me about any problems they have run into.

do you have model releases and ids for all of it? If so then your pretty safe but you should talk to a lawyer never hurts but make sure its one who does adult.

I went to a lawyer who does a lot of internet and adult stuff.
I went over the basics with him, but he wants $2000 to do the legal work to get me online.

The other thing is I DO NOT have proof of id for all of the girls on my site.
They are uploaded to me from members.
