If anyone we do business with cave's because of someone who has a 100,000 plus posts on a message board, the traffic is gone. You don't do business with people like that. You can't rely on them. They're relying on exposure or the whims of someone who lives on a message board, not numbers.
I don't care about self proclaimed internet celebrities or them getting comp's for their friends. I care about margins. I'm sorry, that's business.

and if I was to see them at a mainstream convention I would buy them dinner
