1. Go into Photoshop by opening the PSD...Use Edit and do a Horizontal Flip. The horse head is now facing the other way.
2. Take your paint bucket (filler tool) and change the light grey to black. May take a little fidgeting but everything you asked for is easily accomplishable.★★★

Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
