The difference is sexual assault charges and not rape... Won't even say any more than that because you don't have knowledge in the law. Sexual assault and rape are two different things. She has no rape charge and is getting 30 years. I am not positive, but I am going to guess the sexual assault charge is just for having sex with minors, although it could be more; that is my guess on that specific charge.

No, if he didn't drug them and rape them when they were passed out; then no, it would not be rape. He would get the same sexual assault charge.

Point proven, what I was saying is that if they were passed out it would have been rape, and 30 years might have been a justified sentence. Fact is though, she got sexual assault for having sex with minors IMO.

He would get the same penalty obviously; she DID get the book thrown at her. She got probably the maximum sentence for each crime she had against her. The judge wouldn't be say, "Well, this guy is a male and even though the maximum penalty I can give for this crime is 6 years I'm going to give him 10. It appears to me books have been thrown.

And ... judges have set guidelines with most cases on how much of a sentence they can give. To me, it appears the book has been thrown and it hit her square in the face.

And btw, if you even do respond, first look up rape and sexual assault and know the difference between them before you even post.

One of the things that bothers me the most about Judges today, is when they give their opinion, and allow that to be part of the judgment. It is supposed to be an impartial judgment. Based on the Facts, not how the judge " Feels "

I hate the judicial system. I once lived in a place where someone with burglary charges would get 5-7 in state pen and someone who molested 3 kids, ages 5 - 7 - 11, got 3 months in the county jail and some counseling.

That is simply BULLSHIT! FUCK the court systems!
