about 1.5TB bandwidth a month, multiple domains, IPs & mail boxes, preferably a plesk control panel & either excellent service for DNS/reverse DNS, or full control over it.
and as a heads up, if you currently have dedicated servers over at aplus (dot) net, you may wanna start looking, as they are actually systematically working through all their servers, shutting down anything 'adult', i'm most miffed!
