I think at this point, however, that some argument can be made that Franck has also taken it too far. I mean, he's voiced his displeasure and everybody knows how he feels. He's not going to get his account re-opened and probably doesn't want too either. All of this being true, continuing to attack somebody under the guise of "spreading the truth" is dangerously close to simply a personal attack.

Imagine if you were unhappy with your bank and the account was later closed, by them or by you, it's not important in this example. It'd be one thing to voice your displeasure, but quite another to stalk a teller around telling everyone they encounter what a bad person you believe them to be.

At this point, Franck can really only be hoping to damage their business. If somebody went out of their way to specifcally try and hurt my business, or worse yet if they were able to, I'd seriously consider paying them a little visit.
