This message board is a form of income for playboy. It's censored and moderated. Google reps are on other boards and I've yet to see them threaten or imply physical hard to a detractor no matter how vile the complaints. They act professionally. This board is founded on limited communication, yes but it's no where near the level of a free flow of information.

This chris person's job is to represent his company. In any other legal industry, for implying physical threats against an associate, regardless of their status, he would be terminated immediately.

That's just the way it is.
