I haven't maintained it since about the week I started it other than a few very minor changes. If you play with the traffic you can get it back up to 3000 uniques per day which is what it started at the first week. now i think its a little under 1000 per day. Needs a little work but makes money. you can see the traffic stats at http://extremetracking.com/open?login=hotthong or i can email you a screen shot of the stats from clickzs. your offer includes the domain name ownership, you pay all fee's if there are any, and you get transfered ownership of hosting, as well as rights to the files that i have the ownership of on the server. if i can transfer my AFF account balance, and cc bill balance to someone thats included as well with a balance of around $20-30 i think. let me know if you want me to get exact balances and if i can even do that if your interested. i will take just about anything for payment other than paypal. might also do escrow if buyer pays for costs.Comment
