I used mine for a while (larger one) but about a year ago went to using a Calphalon anodized grill pan on my stove top.

When I need to grill for more than must one or two people, I use my outdoor gas grill (plumbed straight to my home natural gas line). Been looking into an infrared outdoor grill, lately.

Oh.. best way to clean a Foreman. When you're done cooking and while it's still pretty hot, wet two or three layers of paper towel and put it on the grill surface then close the lid. Let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes (still warm), then open it, remove the paper towels and wipe the surfaces down with a few clean damp ones.
