                                                    is it true though when you get tattoos that the hair won't grow anymore anyways. Everyone I see with tats on their arms are like hairless, or on their legs, and i doubt every single one of them shaves.

                                                        No the hair still grows, most people with tats shave so that u can see the detail of the tattoo.
