Unfortunately, I just renewed all my domains a month before I talked to him, but, next time they're renewed + all new registrations = moniker...

Cool, I see the thread has mysteriously returned from the dead. Regarding pricing, I was merely going by the prices published at your site. While not the lowest I see if one is willing to make a $1000 deposit they could be said to be competitive.

The problem with comparing registrars is that most claim to be the best at everything they do. As a customer, one of the ways to truly tell them apart is to compare their features and if they are all the same, then to dig deeper and find out how one company may offer the same feature in a way that is better than the others.

I would be the first one to pay more per domain to a company that offers something unique or is better at offering a common service and that is what I was trying to invite you to provide specific details about.

For example, for me security is one of the most important issues and while all companies claim to have the best, I have never seen a registrar that offered and explained a specific service or procedure in this area that set them apart from all or most others.

From the feedback you get on this site, I suspect one of your companies biggest competitive advantages is your personal customer service but if you have any other features that set your company apart, that you can expand upon, I and probably others would enjoy learning more about them.
