To prove it was him you can:
1)prove that it was (the real) HEAT you made the deal with on ICQ
That doesn't prove it was him, he can easily make new icq accounts/deny having add'l icq accounts.
2)Prove that the ICQ account you sent the money to is connected with HEAT
Also impossible.
3)Provide evidence showing that this wasn;t a random person simply using HEATs identity
Also impossible.
