Yep, basically it's a 200+ lines of source code find and replace

It's not a single-line code - be sure. The plugin is smart enough to not hurt your URL's, take care of word/phrase case and so on.

Actually in your case the list of placements will look like follows:
pussy|cunt|flange|slot
one line per one set of replacements
So if you have something like this: "Her slot...", it will be changed as follows (depending on your unique random seed value):
Her pussy
Her cunt
Her slot
Her flange
