Currently it is ran just by me yes.....I'm busy getting 2 new admins to help me out. I'm currently busy getting them familiar with all my stuff and the way I want
all work to be done.

Non critical stuff is handled through a ticket system where tickets are being
handled in the order they come in with the exception of critical stuff in order
to reduce downtime for each and every customer.

Pro Active monitoring is included. Alarms will be dealt with 24/7/365. For urgent
request we are available 24/7/365 by phone (in case we're not available online).

that is what I am doing

i turned off all my managed boxes, and am now on some nice unmanaged with him monitoring and doing all the maintenance on them

I'll do whatever I need to do to keep your server in perfect health all the time.
I've explained a few times before how I can do this so cheap......in short it's
because admin work is a lot of the same stuff....so my strategy is based on
volume. 100 servers won't take 10 times the time that 10 servers would take.
as I have most stuff done many times before and I have a lot of stuff ready
to implement on any server......that saves a LOT of time.....I do the work once
then replicate and fine tune......once a server is setup correctly the work to
keep it way is little to none....as long as you keep it tidy and organised.
