Fastsize have instant payouts... other than Flashcash that is the only other one as far as I know.
Please note that since I have never had an instant payout via FlashCash I dont bother promoting them anymore. They always say that I have to wait for normal payouts. From what I can gather you get instants sometimes and they hold it other times - AKA dont rely on it!
ARS have very reliable weekly payments via epass as well with zero hold.Comment

We have been doing instant payouts for almost 3 years (It was the first promotion I was a part of at FC.)
For what should be obvious reasons, there has to be *some* limits on instant payments. So if you are a brand new webmaster to us, or the computer finds something off about your sales, then your payments wait until the next pay period (You still get the sale of course, just need to wait up to 2 weeks.)
