BULLITT COUNTY, Ky. - A man accused in a bizarre telephone hoax that began with him strip-searching an employee of a fast-food restaurant had his plea agreement turned down Wednesday. Instead, a judge ruled that Walter Nix will have to stand trial, WLKY NewsChannel 32's Bill Alexander reported.
Nix had pleaded guilty to unlawful imprisonment and sexual abuse, and as part of the agreement, he was to get probation.
