What we did one time here in Norway:
Took a bunch of a wormwood, put it into a bottle of plain hills absinth, filled it quite tightly, and left for a week.
Then filtered it through a couple of coffee filters....
Finally, the taste was very very bitter, but two shots made me feel slightly better than i expected
I can't say there were any deep trippy things, but still, that definitely was a trip. The light one

The King of Spirits Gold will fuck you up GOOD.. That's the only absinthe i've been trippy on, thanks to the 100mgs of thujone and I guess 5 straight shots..I've never actually done it with a spoon and sugar..Greed is Good

i just went down the local liquor store and they only had absinth 55%, i was going for absinth with more punch but they didnt have it. I still bought the 55% bottle though since i couldnt resist lol..
