Well, probably not in your ballpark, but this is what we have just prepared for a client:
30 TB of unified storage cluster + 25 web servers balanced cluster with 50 mbits each web server.
The total allotment is 1250 Mbits, 25 x dual opteron dual core + 25 x 4 GB RAM each servers, 30 TB of storage that is shared between all the servers (upload once and all the servers have it), 4 x load balancing servers, 2 x storage director servers, 30 x storage node servers... all this on a failover setup over two different datacenters, so unless someone dooms both datacenters there is no downtime at all.
And yes, we rent clusters for bargain prices (for the clusters market).
