    Who else has trouble sleeping?

For some reason, I can't sleep lately, I try and try, and I turn on my TV, and I run to the computer, and I just dont sleep good at all,

    Anybody else have this problem?

try working out during the day.. also dont watch tv in your bedroom... also, if you have ideas that keep you up, write them on a pad next to your bed and worry about them tomorrow...

        That helps.

I have NO problem falling asleep, but a huge problem with a thing called Obstructive Sleep Apnoea which makes staying that way difficult.

        Sometimes controlled better than others.

        But still sucks.

Coke actually improves the sleep because it dilates the capillaries so the apnoea is less intrusive.

                  I shit you not.

7am here, and I'm just about to try to sleep..
It'd be better if I got out, and did stuff during the day, instead of computer.. it definately helps... I had no problem when I had a real job....
