Quitting is a bitch for the first 6 months. The craving is just GNARLED UP. It gets easier as time goes by though. However, I'm just being honest--whenever I get REALLY stressed up nowadays the craving comes back. Much much mellower than before but it does come back. I smoked from age 15 all the way to 35 with a 2 year break in between.
