I'm also quite new and it's good to hear that you already have a PR3, so i guess you have some seo going on. Next best thing to do is "trade links", you can find a free script at
www.linkex.dk (easy install). You also maybe want to spend some money on traffic with chameleon (haven't used it, but gfy members say it is ok) Hope these 2 steps help you out.
