p4 2.0
ram - 512+
HD- 80gig+
bandwidth 2000 gigs+
cpanel/whm
somewhere around 200 a month
and help transferring the old cpanel stuff to the new server

Klen is an idiot. OC3 and just about any other host out there will sell you additional b/w.

And Direct Admin is a very easy panel, and not as much of a resource hog as cPanel

cheaper too
