    Need help with Vanilla TGP...

    Hi. I have a huge problem, and I'm hoping someone here can help me out. Is anyone here using Vanilla TGP...and installed it themselves? The instructions say...
    Now upload the content of ?vanilla_setup.rar? to your http-document root, so you get a directory like http://www.yourdomain.com/vanilla/
    Chmod the directory to 777. Now go to http://www.yourdomain.com/vanilla/ to start the installation.
    Ok, so I did that, but when I try to do the install, I get this error message....
    Fatal error: Unable to read 16012 bytes in /home/XXXXX/XXXXXX/vanilla/install.php on line 0
    I get the same error on the index.php file also. If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

      did you upload the .php files in ascii mode?

          I've tried letting my FTP software pick automatically....then I tried ASCII...then I tried Binary. None of the above worked.
