Ok, now you are being a fan! I am so sick of hearing this! The Spurs look great because the Cavs are terrible. Just terrible.
2001 Lakers squad was better. 97 Bull, better. Go look at each one's playoff run, compare that to SA's playoff run. Look who the Lakers had to go through in 2001, and look what they did to them. Sweep. How many times has that happened? And furthermore, look who they swept...but then again, I am sure you recall. Didn't they roll over Duncan?
Spurs are a great team and very under appreciated, but all these Spurs fans ned to calm down, the Cavs are just that terrible. The East is just that terrible.
