I USED to get the FUCKING WORST allergy headaches and sinus pressure. Worse than you. I haven't had once since I got this damn thing a few months ago. This whole allergy season I've been breathing free. They say you can do it everyday, but I only do it when I start to get a stuffy nose or sneeze a few times.
I know, it's fuckin weird. I know. But it does work. The first few times you fuck up a little and feels fuckin bizarre the first few times. If the water is too cold, you'll feel like you got water up your nose. If the water is luke warm... you won't even really notice.

That does work.
I remember a long time ago. I used to go to an ear, nose and throat specialist in Indianapolis and he did something like that.
Put a hose up in my nose and hooked it to a machine that shot water running thru my sinuses. All kinds of nasty shit came out of my other nostril. and them switched and did the other side.
People would be amazed by all the old shit, up in your sinuses that are up there that has been there a long time.
Its kinda like cleaning our the gutters...lol
But it does work.
I may have to try that too.
