I know whis sounds like a stupid idea, but trust me it works. Go to like a CVS or Walgreens or Rite Aide and get a Netti Pot. Get the little salty packs too. Fill it with LUKE warm water and the salty pack and let that fucker flow up your nose.

I USED to get the FUCKING WORST allergy headaches and sinus pressure. Worse than you. I haven't had once since I got this damn thing a few months ago. This whole allergy season I've been breathing free. They say you can do it everyday, but I only do it when I start to get a stuffy nose or sneeze a few times.

I know, it's fuckin weird. I know. But it does work. The first few times you fuck up a little and feels fuckin bizarre the first few times. If the water is too cold, you'll feel like you got water up your nose. If the water is luke warm... you won't even really notice.
