Same here. My fave Indian dish: Palak Paneer (Spinach with Cheese). Add some NAAN bread and its good to go.

Of course, with all the idiot farmers "improving" their efficiency by feeding cattle pulverized cattle, I'm sorta scared. I only make it once, twice a year tops.

I wish they'd stop with trying to improve efficiency in farming, really. Who the fuck cares if the meat is 3$ or 3.25$ ? I don't want to die for those fuckin 25 cents.

I love to cook....I cook at least 2 times a week something fancy my last creation:

for starters: An angus beef carpacio on a bed of rucola salad with shaved
parmagiano regiano, green pesto dressing and pine tree nuts.

Main course: Filet Mignon of argentinian beef, jacket potatoes, sauteed mushrooms
and caramelized onions and a field salad with baked bacon,
manderines, spring onions and a mustard vinegar and lemon dressing.

Shit.....I'm hungry.....I have to raid the fridge now
