I had a good steak last time i was in Canada. I was at one of the shows. The restaurant was called The Horses Head or something like that. (It was in French) It was nice .. you ordered the cut and then they brought it by for you to see and approve before cooking it. I haven't had a single restaurant in NY do that yet. They had a Butcher right there in the restaurant by the front window. It was a good time. I think Juicy was with me..
