European court : ok to forbid Hijabs

The EU court in Strasburg has agreed today its cool to forbid clothing like Hijabs

The whole deal was started when a girl in 1998 refused to take hers off during an uni examn.

Here in Holland teachers were kicked ass cause they refused to wear one in islam schools.

Yea, some dicksmack chic here in FL refused to take the rag off her face for the Drivers License photo. She was refused a license and she took it to court.. of course the bitch lost.

Any idea how the hijab started? It goes something like this:

Back in the 60s when the Palestine Liberation Organisation was raping it's way across Lebanon, a local Muslim leader didn't like that they were raping Muslim women as well as Christian women (as it's illegal for a Muslim man to rape a Muslim woman but is legal for him to rape a Christian woman under many circumstances) so he told the Muslim women to wear the hijab so that the rapists would know not to rape them, only to rape the Christian women.

Since then, it has become a political symbol used to force women who are born into Islam to act more Islamically. For instance, in the suburbs of Paris, women who do not wear the hijab are gangraped, women who do are left alone.

yes thats even more weird... but its setting a std for all EU countries. Although I believe most school etc will just tell these women to fuck off and wear it.

I know a girl who teaches in a muslim school, shes dutch Catholic even. Just no other job available at the time. Well she left obviously. She had to wear one plus they treated her like shit too. If shed sue them shed win still workin there then would be impossible.

Not sure if this is a gain or not.

why not? Im not US citizen but does Jersey have a law where the face eyes etc needs to be visible? Cause the EU hasnt, we do though Holland has one thats strict, face visible upfront pic even otherwise its declined.

I'm all about cultural expression but there are certain things that you must do to ensure a properly functioning society. If that photo isn't chopped I'd say that I think it sets a dangerous precedent for everyone. It's matter of national security that photo ID's display discernable facial features.
