        Hi Jade,

I see you are a cam girl and a model. Maybe the ads can be more into that direction. Advertise yourself (ex on Ifriends or other cam sites) I don' know if you still model and are available for photo/video graphers but check out the site in my sig. We have an affiliate program also you can get a link that goes straight to your profile and this way you are promoting yourself and still take some affiliate money.

Just a suggestion and of course promoting my own site as well .. a lil.. lol

You could trade some custom content of you in return for a new site design

Ads are only good if they make you money for referring OR traffic for reciprocating

Maybe get more fresh hosted galleries and a tgp rotating script ?

              Good luck !

I have to agree, I was getting a headache looking at everything.

I would drop the ads on the warning page, right off the bat you are moving eyeballs away from your content to a sponsor without ever checking out the real meat of your site.

Something else you might want to ponder is getting set up with as many cam sites as you can, Lars from Streamray had said the best girls can usually work 3-4 other sites at the same time without getting busted.

From there I would recommend working out some link partnerships with other sites and trade some traffic.

                  Good Luck!

                    Horseygirl,

Ads aren't necessarily a bad thing, especially if they are the type of ad that appear to be part of the content. Stacking them on top of each other in the bottom of pages without a unique design treatment has diminishing returns.

If you're going to run ads, which I encourage you to do, you may want to change the type you're running. It seems like you're running all affiliate/referral programs. Check out my sig if you want to run some ads that pay you for every ad/impression served instead of per sale. You could probably cut down on the number of ads you show, make a lot more (and guaranteed b/c it's paid per impression) revenue, and make your site more "likeable" by viewers. It would even increase the click through rate (CTR) on the ads which should lead to more conversions for the advertiser (which means they would probably pay more for the placements).

I don't want to sound too "promotional" so you can check out the feature story XBiz ran on us this week at http://xbiz.com/news_piece.php?id=11169 and/or check out my sig.

                    Hope that helps.

                      Horseygirl,

I agree with what everyone else here has said, especially regarding the banners all stacked at the bottom. I wouldn't keep them all together like that and i would make sure they were more oriented towards the total theme of your site (cam/model)

I am a newbie myself and just wanna say that i have gotten great advice already here on gfy. I have started a TGP and would love to trade traffic with you! check out www.boobsvillethumbs.com
