My girl got a weight watchers cookbook.. we dont really count calories or anything but dont eat till we are stuffed anymore.. small to normal sized portions. And with our new dogs walk a good few miles every week. I still eat some junk food here and there, but keep the servings small.
Was about 20lbs outside my typical weight for my body type, but lost 12 pounds over the last 2 weeks. Wasnt fat to begin with, I've always been lean, but have been starting to get that computer nerd fat back/ass. Its going away now
Shes was never fat, but a little outside her range too.. shes dropping weight slower, but has been doing this longer than I have, and has lost about 11lbs too.. looking hotter and hotter every day.. She got pissed when I beat her by a lb in less time, though
Our new thing is bison meat. The stuff tastes as good as regular beef, and is better for you than fish or chicken, and its red meat that is actually GOOD for your heart (WTF?!?)
