go on a high protein and low carb eating habit, eat 4-6 small meals per day.
remember your body only can consume 25-30grams of protein per meal. Here's a break down, and you got to stay focused & disciplined!!! good luck bitch!

PROTEIN

1lb chicken 75g
1lb lean red meat 95g
1lb fish 75g
1lb turkey 135g
1 egg white 4g
Protein shake 35g (any whey protein is fine)


CARBS
GOOD CARBS COMPLEX CARBS
POTATO, SWEET POTATO, BROWN RICE, BROC&CAULI, MOST ALL VEGGIES
BAD CARBS STARCH CARBS
BREAD, PASTA, SODAS, ANYTHING PROCESSED AND BLEACHED


YOUR BODY CAN ONLY CONSUME 20-30grams of protein PER MEAL!

YOU SHOULD EAT 4-6 MEALS PER DAY EVERY 3HRS

YOU SHOULD DO CARDIO AT LEAST FOR 30MIN 3X PER WEEK

3DAY ALL PROTEIN NO CARBS

3DAYS PROTEIN AND CARBS

1 CHEAT DAY EAT WHATEVER, PIZZA, ICE CREAM!!!!!
