You know in a way her being this upset is partially to blame on the sheriff that set her free in the first place. He should never have done that. When he did he got her hopes up only to have them crushed again. She should have just sucked it up and did the original 23 days or whatever it was and been done with it instead of trying anything she could to get out of it.
I am not pro Paris, but in california I know people who have done way worse and not dona any jail time. Community service would have been the normal sentence for driving on on suspended license.

please tell me someone was watching CNN when they showed that live interview and when he said she was going back to jail someone started yelling/crying out "NO NO noooo" lmfao I nearly died laughing!
"A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure."
I really do not agree with the mind fucking that the County is doing to her. Seriously, that is some fucked up shit and you would all agree if it was not her or someone else you do not like.

It's fucked up she's going through this, I agree. She shoulda just been kept in jail to begin with.
If you're going to lay blame on someone, blame the sheriff. It's the sheriff's fault for not following the judge's explicit orders, or going through the court to voice his objections.

i sort of agree with this. she should do her 23 days and her parents and the dumb ass sheriff should do the remainder of the time. if you think money didn't change hands (or something like it) to get her out, then i have gold bars to sell you.

How about laying the blame on that little twat Paris? Let's not forget that if she wasn't driving drunk and driving while suspended TWICE that she wouldn't even be in this situation.
