KB learned how to play it from Mike Hampton from P-Funk back when we lived in Cleveland. Man was that fun, hearing Mike Hampton whale on it in his living room.

The way I see this...

The Players Ball started off with Long Beach Dub Allstars, then Digital Underground, Ice-T, Doug E Fresh, Slick Rick and Too $hort.

Then we got more sponsor support and pulled off Snoop Dogg, Cypress Hill, Xzibit, George Clinton and P-Funk, Ice Cube and others.

So for our first Rock The Ball, the main thing is to establish that we're gonna keep doing a rock show, we ain't goin' no where. Once people catch on and see a finished product (our very first Rock The Ball), then we'll build up and grow into Kid Rock, Linkin Park and other big name rock acts.

But hey, everyone should step up and start pitching in, that's why we started memberships with these new Players Cards. Everyone can contribute for only $1000 for a 3 year sponsorship and membership.

Unfortunately, people don't understand it's more about supporting these events to pitch in then to wait and see which sponsor hooks them up with a membership for free.

It's like being a stock holder for the Players Ball and Rock The Ball.
