Granted, one could argue that we haven't had a constitutional federal government for at least the last 7 years... but I'm thinking that nonsense will stop at the California border.

I certainly hope she goes back. I know this will be stating the bleeding obvious, but it really does reflect really poorly on the lawmakers (letting her go).
If anything her sentence should be doubled...
