Well unfortunately there is a ton of people in this industry that really don't know what they are doing. This includes not only the photographers but the make up artists and talent.
But on that note I really can't figure out this industry other than it is completely niche driven. I mean I can take the hottest girl alive and make a video with her. But the but ugly one takes 2 dicks in her ass and outsells her by a mile.
So personally I hear terms like "A" girl vs "B" girl and usually refers to their looks. But for me it referst to how nasty they are going to get.
So For me
"A girls" = DPs, Ass to mouth, Inter-racial, condomless, swallowing and piss drinking
"B girls" = Anal only, no inter-racial.
"C girls" = Condom required, no anal
"D girls" = partner only or girl girl only sex.
But on that wonderful note....

girls who do softcore only are generally more physically beautiful (met-art, etc)
generally the more hardcore or extreme the action, the less attractive the girl.
this has always been true, and has to do with the economic trade---more beautiful women can always get more for doing less.
it's the way the world works.
what is humorous is the less than attractive girl getting the idea that she is beautiful because people fawn over her because she can do dp, etc on camera.
