    Ok epassporte, time for some crying..

    Since some time my epass online card gets declined very often.
    Even CCbill, paypal and a lot of others are declining epass cards @ Card Declined at Pre-Auth SC.

    Is this situation going to change or should I just hang myself?
    Any others noticed this problem?

      I think some online merchants will decline the epassporte Visa because it's automatically considered a high risk transaction.

      I'm not 100% certain about that though.
      I post on GFY so that when people ask me what I do,
      I can tell them that I work with the mentally retarded.

          CCBill and 2checkout doesn't accept ePassporte I remember a post KimmyKim made and it was something about them not accepting the kind of transaction ePassporte is.

          Paypal won't accept ePassporte because the issuing bank of your virtual VISA account is in a country not approved by Paypal.
