Im showing this too... if you look under transaction detail though it shows the correct balance.

this is the first time it has happened to me and I freaked for about a min. somehow I dont think my email to customer support will be answered anytime soon...

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, but it sure seems to be happening often in the last week or two. I depend on epassporte, I really don't want to lose confidence in it. I don't know of any system that comes close to epassporte for convenience.
