You travel to a country ill prepared then blame it on the system.. Of course a Cuban in New York without money would be treated like a king...LOL
If you are going to travel anywhere take several means of payment. Western "Capitalist " banks have a great habit of stopping Credit Card payments when you are abroad.
If you walk off with hustlers don't come to London, in fact don't travel.
Cuba is a poor country in many ways, and to a large degree because if was fucked over by the US...But the system there works for the majority of people.
If you are poor and need a hospital at least you can get treated in Cuba
If you want to help the Cuban people end the illegal US blockcade...
