Looks like an almost exact duplicate ... hope their lawyers don't see it!

For my .02, even though I have a profile there, it is a horribly designed site - it would give usability experts nightmares. It is so counter-intuitive, difficult to get around or accomplish even simple tasks and a lot of the functions don't work at all like they should.

For those that have been using for awhile I'm sure you'll say it's easy ... but for my money I would much rather vastly improve it than copy it. Don't re-invent the wheel, make a better wheel!

This script has been available for over a year.

Can't see why MySpace would have an issue with someone doing something similar...they weren't the first one anyhow.

someone could make a better myspace but its gonna be hard to convince people to switch over. i remember it took me awhile to switch from friendster to myspace cuz all my friends were still keepin it real at friendster..
