It's easy to get normal sites to comply but these sites, almost all out of US jurisdiction and in countries that do not honor copyright law. 
Personally I don't see an end in the foreseeable future other than to cut their advertising and shut them down from being affiliates with any program. Lars just happens to be part of one of those companies, so he's going to hear about it. |
