just imagine the math needed to do the stuff that you see....especially in the last movie realtime animation based on control points created through touch
maps AND pressure maps.....or the 3D pan/tilt of the nasa maps they show.

Its just progress......

and i think that the nowadays interfaces are pretty much on pre-historic level ......

btw there are already projects on controling stuff with your mind
i even saw a demo, a guy was moving a box in video game with his mind, he head just some things like headphones sticked on his head
So they already have that, its just on pretty basic level still
