    DANGIT! Why are these ratios so bad?

    November is starting off to be crud too! I am 1:1745 so far.

    Granted this is a FAR cry from the 1:8881 of last month I still don't get it. This is all quality traffic that in september was in the 1:450 range.

    Maybe the problem is the niche being oversaturated... not sure. But I am frustrated!

              How exactly is it quality traffic?

              November has been my best month in a long, long time, across several niches and several sources of traffic.

                  Teen. It's a mix of NN and Nude.
                  My traffic historically has done much much better. But October/November made me want to shoot myself in the face.

                      All of it is SE, and Hardlink trade. I have a good amount of return visitors and the visit time is high also.

                              SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

                                  In my humble opinion, the NN / teen nice is being saturated with very low quality sites.. seems people are pumping them out everyday.. Homely girl, shitty camera, shitty site.

                                  Of course you all know way more about it than myself. And I'm probably stating the obvious. So I'm going to shut up now..

                                                      You are in line with everyone else. I have talked to many programs, both large and small and EVERYONE has said what shitty numbers October produced.

                                                      Now people will come on here saying oh they did this and this program is rocking, but the overall industry trend is that ratios suck.

                                                                              Good thread! I actually had (sometimes still have) a similar problem with the NN niche. It is really tough to find that right combination. I also go with primarily SE traffic, so here is what I've done:

                                                                              I thoroughly mix up the girls and sponsors. It seems that a girl has a lifespan of a month or two and then craps out. Trying to find that new girl who isn't plastered on every TGP in the world is tough, but it can be profitible. That is my suggestion. There are a lot of non nude girls who have a special look but just don't get promoted much. When they get saturated, it's time to move on. I remember when Tiffany Teen was doing 1:400 consistently early on. Once she got big I could barely convert 1:4000.

                                                                              Oh, and I'd shy away from CCBill sites. I can't convert them for shit.
