78 was written by the Pharmaceutical companies, 79 is a consumer initiative about Prescription Drug Discounts and State-Negotiated Rebates.

Joel, Prop 78 has nothing to do with re-districting - that's Prop 77.

don't worry, I will be voting and doing my best to kick Aaaaaaanold out of office. he sucks and has ruined the education system in this state. he took 2b from the educational budget, never gave it back and now the schoolS are suffering.
