I think a more accurate title would have been "how they attempted to steal the 2006 election." or " How they stole some states in 2006." They may have tired, but in the end they lost the election so they didn't steal the whole thing.

They stole Ohio in 2004 and maybe Florida in 2000 both of which won them the election, but any attempt at theft in 2006 was thwarted.
